Food choice of cataract
(1)Take some more fresh vegetables and fruit enriched with natural vitamin C, such as celery, Chinese cabbage, green vegetables, tomato, strawberry, mandarin orange, fresh date,etc.. (2)Eat more grain, green vegetables and romaine lettuce, carrot and tomato, especially eat more mandarin orange fruit, grape, lemon, banana, apricot. Also eat some food containing calcium frequently. (3)Avoid drinking, smoking, eat few animal fats and candies.
