Calisthenics in the white collar office
Hand sports
A: It is all linked with one another to mean ten, allay excitement with all worries set aside, breathe out the one breath deeply. B: Stretch the arm outwards, feel elated and exultant, exert oneself outwards. Repeat 3~4 times. C: Left hand centre of the palm downward, right hand thumb pin left wrist, use, four mean the intersection of left hand and thumb press while being other, feel elated and exultant. Make for several times repeatedly, then change hands and come. D: Left hand centre of the palm, up, finger stretch, little finger of toe press, feel elated and exultant. Turn the wrist, clockwise with rotating 5~10 times respectively counterclockwise. Swing the dual tactics up and down, relax.
Shank and shoulder sport
1,Ten mean, hand in, hold, put in back, weight locate in hand and arm, head press, the neck is stretched, deeply breathe 5 times. 2,Locate the right hand the left ear, catch on gently, make the head inclined to right-handly, breathe deeply for 5 times, change the left hand to practise after repeating for several times. 3,Rotate the shank, clockwise, counterclockwise 5 times respectively slowly. 4,Improve the shoulder, feel elated and exultant and put down, repeat for 4~5 times. 5,Rock the shoulder, 5 times backward, 5 times forward. 6,After the eyes right of face, repeat for 3~5 times, go on in the opposite direction. 7,Relax and sit, the arm is kept flat on the knee vertically, then resume and square one's shoulders, the two replace sports 3~5 times.
Foot and foot sport
Bend the leg to lift and is parallel to chest, mention, put down respectively for 5 times, can let you feel more comfortable. It is 10 times respectively to turn the ankle clockwise, counterclockwise. Come together toe, bend, upwards, stretch and make downwards for 5 times alternatively. The foot is smooth on the ground then change the foot, practise for 20~30 times repeatedly.
Hand and face sport
1,Pin the intersection of head and top with figer tip, shift (light to press) from head to foot .
2,Use the figer tip from massage of temple to lower jaw gently.
3,Forefinger and thumb pinch the upper eyelid, draw outwards, repeated many times.
4,Along eyes of massage of a cheek bone being all sides. Outward massage gets back to originally a little more to lower jaw by the nostril. Along the downward massage of lower jaw. The lower jaw is rotated for 5 times respectively from side to side. The palm pins the nose to do for circular motion, 5 times of each direction. Pinch the bone of ear to draw upwards, downwards, outwards for 3 times respectively, then rotate forward, backward 3 times respectively.
